This course is designed to bridge that divide. We start with “Global“—analyzing systemic challenges, reviewing international guidelines and practices—then move decisively toward “Local“—equipping you with the practical, resource-appropriate tools to improve outcomes in your own delivery rooms and operating theaters.

Our scientific program transcends traditional lectures. We have curated a faculty of experts to discuss emerging topics on OBGYN in diverse clinical settings. This year’s theme, “Think Global, Act Local: Elevating Women’s Health Across Borders,” highlights a timely and important call for all of us in healthcare—to remain globally informed while responding meaningfully to the unique needs of the communities we serve. In an increasingly interconnected world, advances in women’s health transcend geographic boundaries, yet their true impact is realized only when translated into compassionate, accessible, and culturally relevant care at the local level.

As obstetricians and gynecologists, we stand at the forefront of addressing some of the most critical issues affecting women throughout their lives. From maternal care and reproductive health to preventive medicine, innovation, and advocacy, our influence reaches beyond the clinic. We are entrusted with advancing healthcare systems, empowering patients, and shaping a future where every woman receives the quality care she deserves.

Today, we find ourselves in a unique moment. Compared to decades past, women’s health is seeing rapid advances and exciting innovations. However, these breakthroughs only truly matter when they can be applied effectively in local practice. As obstetricians and gynecologists, we share the responsibility of translating global progress into care that meets the real needs of the communities we serve.

PUSH 2026 aims to encourage meaningful discussions and collaboration by connecting the latest guidelines and emerging discoveries with the everyday challenges faced by Filipino women. By learning from diverse perspectives and experiences, we can strengthen our ability to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care at home.
